These terms govern your use of ChoreImp, including our website and mobile apps. By creating an account or using ChoreImp, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 to create an account, or have a parent or guardian do it for you. Children use ChoreImp through profiles that an adult creates and manages in their household. You are responsible for the profiles you create and for everyone you invite to your household.
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
You keep ownership of the chores, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can run the service for you and your household. You are responsible for what you add, and you promise you have the right to add it.

Household owners can manage who is in their household and what members can do. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
The AI Clean Coach offers suggestions to help you plan and do chores. Suggestions are general guidance, can be wrong, and are optional. You are responsible for deciding what to do with them. Always read and follow product labels, never mix cleaning products unless the label says it is safe, and supervise children around cleaning products, tools and appliances. ChoreImp is not a substitute for professional advice.
Points, rewards and allowance amounts in ChoreImp are tracking tools for your household. ChoreImp does not move real money, and agreements about rewards are between the people in your household.
ChoreImp can connect to other services, such as InventoryImp, when you choose to turn that on. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
If we offer paid plans, the price, billing details and any trial terms will be shown before you buy, and those details apply along with these terms.
You can stop using ChoreImp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to for security or legal reasons.
ChoreImp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that suggestions will suit your situation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ChoreImp and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries, damage or losses that result from chores you do or suggestions you follow. Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply to you.
We may update these terms as ChoreImp changes. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use ChoreImp after a change means you accept the updated terms.
